Detox day 2

Juice. Juice. Juice.

Apart from the niggling headache  and knowing that there is a packet of toffee pops in our freezer I am feeling pretty good! The appetite has suppressed now so I'm not feeling as hungry and I don't feel as bloated.

Tonight we are having the cabbage detox soup instead of juice, cabbage is a natural detoxifier and I'm looking forward to having something to chew. You can find the recipe here
